What does JLD connect?
JLD brings workouts, food, steps, body trends, recovery check-ins and goals into one weekly view so the next recommendation has useful context.
How do progression suggestions work?
JLD looks at completed planned sets, reps, load, effort, equipment increments and relevant exercise history. A suggestion appears when the completed work supports one; you decide whether to apply it.
How do nutrition changes work?
Food logs, body trends, goals and relevant activity context can support a proposed target change after enough representative evidence. Changes are reviewed, not silently applied.
What can I log?
JLD supports workouts; food through search, barcode and photo estimates; steps and activity; body trends; check-ins; weekly reviews; and exercise tutorials.
Is JLD available in Arabic and English?
Yes. Arabic and English are equal product languages, with RTL layouts for Arabic and Western digits in both.
How do I join the free public beta?
The public store listings are not live yet. Verified download links will appear here when each listing is available. Free public beta ends at the start of 1 January 2027, 00:00 Riyadh time (Asia/Riyadh). Create an account before that time for access until the shared deadline; there is no separate enrollment step.
What happens when beta access ends?
After expiry, you can still view, export and delete your data. New logging and AI require a valid access extension or paid entitlement. Expiry does not charge you or delete your account or data.
Will I receive a subscription trial?
Accounts created before the cutoff receive no additional 14-day subscription trial. New accounts created at or after the cutoff may explicitly accept a 14-day trial only when an offer is available and both JLD account rules and store eligibility allow it. Subscriptions are planned for the cutoff, subject to store, billing and release readiness.
What access do selected founders receive?
Selected founding users receive 12 calendar months of free JLD access without a subscription, from the start of 1 January 2027 to, but not including, the start of 1 January 2028, 00:00 Riyadh time. Account creation alone does not guarantee selection.
How do I get support or delete my data?
Use the Support page for account or app help. You can start full account deletion in JLD, request deletion by email if you cannot use the app, or ask to delete selected records while keeping your account.
