Email privacy@getjld.com from the address you use for JLD, with the subject Delete my JLD account. We verify that the account belongs to you before completing the request. Do not send your password or sign-in codes.
Request account deletionOr delete in the app
Open Settings → Account → Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps. Removing the app from your phone does not delete your account.
What is deleted?
Deletion removes or anonymizes your account and associated active records, including workout history, food logs, bodyweight and other profile data. Limited security, deletion-confirmation and support records may be retained as explained in Section 6 of the Privacy Policy. Provider recovery or security copies may take longer to be removed.
Keep your account, delete selected data
Email the same address and tell us which records you want deleted. We will verify ownership and explain the scope before acting. You do not need to attach your health records.
